1. Scope of Service
UAE Exclusive: Our return, replacement, and warranty terms are only applicable within the United Arab Emirates.
International Responsibility: While we facilitate global exports, we do not offer onsite technical support or door-to-door returns outside of the UAE. If a product is taken out of the country, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to return the item to our FORMOST Service Center in Abu Dhabi for any claims or inspections.

2. Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Window: Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of order placement.
Full Refunds: A 100% refund (including delivery charges) will be issued to the original payment method if the order is cancelled prior to dispatch.

3. 14-Day “New Condition” Return & Exchange
We accept items for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet our professional criteria:
Condition: Items must be UNUSED, unopened, and in their original factory-sealed packaging with all labels and invoices.
Exclusions: Used products, items with tampered serial numbers, or units missing original accessories are not eligible for return.
Process: Customers must complete a Return Authorization and provide photos of the sealed item.

4. Service & Transportation Fees
To maintain competitive pricing for all customers, the following logistics fees apply to returns and replacements:

Note: You can avoid all transportation costs by bringing your items directly to our Service Center in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, and picking them up once the service is complete.

5. Manufacturing Defects
Within 14 Days of Delivery: Collection and redelivery of verified replacements are Free of Charge.
After 14 Days: Standard transportation fees (AED 50 per product) apply for pickup and redelivery.

6. Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after the product is received and passes a technical inspection.
Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card within 15 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) / Bank Transfer: Returned to your provided bank account within 7 working days.
