Description
Jinko Solar Tiger Neo 615W N-Type Bifacial Solar Panel
The Jinko Solar Tiger Neo JKM615N-66HL4M-BDV is a premium 615W N-type bifacial solar module engineered for high-performance photovoltaic systems.
Featuring JinkoSolar’s advanced HOT 3.0 and TOPCon cell technologies, the panel provides excellent module efficiency, improved low-light performance, reduced degradation, and dependable power generation in demanding environmental conditions. Its bifacial design generates electricity from both the front and rear sides of the module, helping increase total energy yield when installed above reflective surfaces or on correctly designed mounting structures.
High 615W Power Output
The 615W model offers a strong combination of high power, voltage, current, and module efficiency.
Electrical Specifications at STC
- Rated maximum power: 615W
- Module efficiency: 22.77%
- Maximum power voltage: 40.60V
- Maximum power current: 15.15A
- Open-circuit voltage: 48.88V
- Short-circuit current: 16.02A
- Positive power tolerance: 0 to +3%
Its high output helps reduce the number of panels required for large-capacity installations while improving the use of available roof or mounting space.
Advanced N-Type TOPCon Technology
The Tiger Neo module uses N-type monocrystalline TOPCon cells, which provide several performance advantages compared with conventional solar-cell technologies.
Main Benefits
- Lower LID and LeTID degradation
- Better low-light performance
- Improved module efficiency
- Strong energy production in high temperatures
- Stable long-term output
- Reduced risk of PID-related degradation
- Better current collection through SMBB technology
JinkoSolar’s SMBB design improves light trapping and current collection, helping increase module output and reliability.
Bifacial Dual-Sided Power Generation
The bifacial design allows the panel to generate power from direct sunlight on the front and reflected light reaching the rear side.
The datasheet lists a bifaciality coefficient of approximately 80% ±5% for current and maximum power. Actual additional power generation depends on:
- Ground and roof reflectivity
- Mounting height
- Panel tilt
- Row spacing
- Rear-side shading
- Installation orientation
- Site conditions
Under the datasheet’s bifacial test conditions, the 615W model can produce approximately 679W of combined output.
Durable Dual-Glass Construction
The cells are protected by a 2.0mm anti-reflective front glass and 2.0mm heat-strengthened rear glass. This dual-glass construction provides enhanced protection against moisture, environmental exposure, temperature changes, and mechanical stress.
The anodised aluminium frame and IP68 junction box provide additional durability for long-term outdoor solar installations.
Excellent Temperature Performance
The panel features a maximum-power temperature coefficient of -0.29% per °C, helping reduce power loss when the panel temperature rises.
This makes it suitable for hot and sunny environments where solar modules frequently operate above standard testing temperatures.
Temperature Coefficients
- Pmax temperature coefficient: -0.29%/°C
- Voc temperature coefficient: -0.25%/°C
- Isc temperature coefficient: +0.045%/°C
Strong Mechanical Performance
The Tiger Neo module is engineered to withstand demanding outdoor and structural conditions.
- Maximum front-side static load: 5400Pa
- Maximum rear-side static load: 2400Pa
- Anti-PID design
- IP68-rated junction box
- Operating temperature: -40°C to +70°C
- Maximum system voltage: 1500V DC
- Maximum series fuse rating: 35A
